Exactly, Sogo! Sweeney was the genius that came up with the lawless "agreement" that let the Gov't blanket privilege all documents without even meeting the usual requirements. What is more incredible is that the plaintiffs have had to fight for years and years for the right to see anything.

How come she doesn't seem care what the law is on this. The burden of getting documents privileged is supposed to be on those that are trying to keep the documents hidden.

At this rate, Sweeney will retire/get promoted before discovery is completed. Any successor judge w/b sure to dismiss the case, because all judges are cowards.

The only judge that showed any nerve was Judge Wheeler in the AIG case, and he caved by awarded no money to the victims of the Gov't.
