Yep!! This one and that other one I told you about (Mgmt owns 75% of outstanding shares) - Roger owns I believe over 50% here? I'm not positive on that one... Sound, transparent management that follows through and executes is your best bet in Pennyland especially when they have the shareholders in mind w/ SP appreciating being at the top of their list.

Not only is Roger a great CEO, he has solid Management leading each of the subsidiaries. Ambrose Fillis, the founder and CEO of Grozone is at the helm of the Grozone technology - very smart dude! And then we have Ben Castanie leading the way with huge Snakes & Lattes deals, using his vast network and connections to build strategic partnerships in the gaming industry.

Can't ask for better management than this! We're in good hands.
