At the above link you'll find all 8 appearances of "GS Capital Partners, LLC" in the SEC's Edgar system. They report convertible notes issued by 4 different companies whose share prices start with either .00 or .000. Not exactly Goldman Sachs fodder.
The Notice section of one of those Agreements says: "If to the Buyer:
GS CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC
110 Wall Street 3rd Floor, Suite 5-070
New York, NY 10005
Attn: Gabe Sayegh"
Time to wake up. Goldman Sachs has nothing to do with MMEX RESOURCES CORPORATION. Neither should any clear thinking retail investor. There's something about a company with $82 in Assets and $2 million in Liabilities having a "Plan to Build $450 Million Refinery in Permian Basin" that sounds a little fishy.
