I'm with you asr1. I'm afraid it is time for a change here. Great leaders are ones that can communicate a vision of the future. They are a relatively rare breed. Frankly I don't imagine this bod has the stomach for that change. We may have to continue to amble along with what we have. The company will do ok and maybe even very well in the long run, but there is potential to do so much more - and faster, I think. It's a shame but I just don't see them changing in the way you described.
