Sorry, not Restricted shares. I know the drill with those. I mean Unregistered shares. I think Unregistered shares can be freely traded. Wayne just has to tell the world, "Hey world, I'm selling an Offering of Unregistered shares in GRCC at $0.25/ share." Also, there may be some confusion of legal terminology and everyday use of the term Unregistered shares. Some internet searches will say that Unregistered shares are Restricted shares. I don't believe that is true. Also, I'm not sure if Restricted shares are Unregistered shares. And, I thought that Private Placements or Offerings of Unregistered shares are only supposed to be sold to Accredited Investors.
