If I follow Tom Carpenter's investment approach, I will sell tomorrow at $31 and wait for his recommendation to buy after IDCC signs one or two 3G contracts with the majors. I will probably pay $35 or more depending on how quickly he acts. I won't buy or hold in anticipation of IDCC success. I can't help asking whether Tom is a successful investor or just an analyst.
