So now we get to the issue. You don't like that the CEO is getting paid?!?

The man has done a wonderful job expanding this brand and growing the company. He didn't actually take any cash but he will get paid down the road.

Truth is, $250,000 in pay is nothing when you look at the work that has been done here.

On the whole positive cash flow, I would say that the company will get there real fast.

When I look around, I don't see where we can expect more debt to come from?

The current debt comes from getting the business going and we haven't really added any debt. All these shares being issues are to settle old debts.

While this is the case, our revenue has started to pick up, and in the last 4 months the company has made roughly $250,000 in Gross Profits. This is big for me when I look at a company that is just starting up.

Usually you don't see a break even point on a startup for 5 to 10 years, so I always hold that in perspective.
