Dilution is needed because to run a business you need financing. Banks aren't going to lend money to pink sheets and start up business because it is risky. All the money that was gained from giving out shares has been used to run the business.

It has paid for Bellissima, getting distribution networks setup, and many more things.

All this stuff costs money.

So I don't see any more dilution coming on going forward because our debt is settled and the company is starting to make good money.

Lastly, that RS is not needed because the stock will move up with the company expanding. Not sure why you seem so stuck on bringing it up.

We have cash, no debt, and room in the AS. So really nothing points to an RS.
