I was overwhelmed a bit when the R&G news hit. R&G was added to the DUO/TW/CENTRIFY cases too and representing the current 7 suits.
IMSO: I don't think BR will be used again past those three suits, and will be all R&G. I don't mean to take anything away from BR as they are a great law firm! I also firmly believe it was TPG/INTEL behind bringing R&G into the mix! The timing and connections there are astounding! R&G has impressive acquisition experience too!
I'm very anxious to see the large contract deals this year and how the MF/OOBA patents future buyout occurs!
