Good point. The 19.99% he controls added to his 7.48% gives 27.47% of the vote. More than enough for him to declare a 50%+ majority. And since the Articles of Incorporation state the company has 10M undesignated Preferred shares, Wayne could have gifted himself 10Billion votes by now.

Of course he didn't pay a cent for it, because Wayne had UNGS (GCC being a wholly owned subsidiary of UNGS previously) shareholders pay for everything......


....but such details never stand in the way of our great master.
