So, how does Wayne control UNGS going R/S or increase of A/S if you say he doesn't have control? Of course, at any time, we could hear there was a 1 minute shareholders meeting and Wayne was the only one who could make it to vote his shares. But, that is probably far fetched. Right? As for GRCC, Wayne's UNGS shares may give him the same sort of control. Especially so, since he is guardian of the 19.99% of GRCC shares that UNGS owns. Perhaps, Wayne clears up all of my confusion when he releases the next PRs.
