Can the shareholders asked the judge to freeze any award money that DECN may win and be given to shareholders of record from before the JNJ legal matters that stopped us from moving forward pre 2013 if proven that DECN had failed their Fiduciary responsibilities so the shareholders can redeem some of their losses? Or the courts do something to protect us. For years shareholders have been dupped and no one has ever done anything to force the company or courts to help the shareholders who lost thousands based on DECN forward looking lies ( if these accusations are true)IMO. As for me the only fair way of looking at this is the fact that I can use the losses to cover capital gains for years. Why are the awards sealed from us and should somebody be looking at where the money has gone and future awards with go too. Best result would be DECN gets their act together and brings the products to market with appointed with oversee on the award money (if proven fiduciary problems) or does the judge not care about the sharrholders? All this is just my opinion.
