Oily,wasn't questioning your integrity. Was simply trying to document
your understanding of the matter.

This revelation doesn't surporise me at all.

I also believe KB is funneling funds off to himself via 3rd party
somehow,but it's just a hunch at this point.

There just too much opacity to clearly determine what monies/Stock are going where and to whom.
