The equity is getting cancelled with 100% probability. Senior bondholders will be lucky to get anything and would be extremely lucky to get 5% of par.

There is zero chance for the equity.

This "shareholder" activity will do a few things:

1) flush $500K and counting down the toilet

2) Demonstrate that some lawyers don't seem to have a problem taking that money

3) obtaining a better and more dumbed-down explanation of WHY they equity is long long gone.

But the equity is getting cancelled with 100% probability.
