Respectfully, just seeing the name "Southridge Partners" on a recent 13G raises a red flag for me. Doesn't it concern you? I'm replying here and not on that board because I didn't want the appearance of bashing that stock you are in, right in your face -- and I'm not able to PM.

Southridge owning 5.1MIL common shares doesn't bother me but owning 302 shares of Preferred Stock does concern me. I can't find anywhere how many common shares is equal to one share of the series G preferred.

Related side note >> IC*B...been fortunate to be in and out of that since trip 0's and have done well there...one of only two that I've had decent timing this year. Anyway, I still own over 1MIL shares -- but IMO -- it's only a matter of time before Southridge ruins IC*B's sp and I plan to get out before they do. That board has been warned about Southridge but you know how it goes. Only the pumpers are geniuses and anyone raising a concern is an idiot. ))

I could be wrong about Southridge but their reputation precedes them.
