Response to the DBMM Shareholder Letter: The letter to shareholders demonstrates inexcusable pretensions that they can collaborate with the SEC. The SEC DOES NOT collaborate with any subject person or company that they have made an ENFORCEMENT action against. Anyone from the company who has half a brain cell should know that.

Here is what will happen on the remote chance that DBMM files ALL delinquent Financials.

Since few stocks that are suspended for Financials delinquencies even attempt to become compliant there are only a few examples of companies doing so. (MANW tried but failed and PELE and LLEG had their Form 10 re-registration applications denied)

The best example to study....and I mean for EVERYONE to study because the level of misunderstanding on DBMM is quite inexcusable. Even the company is demonstrating GROSS IGNORANCE of Securities Laws. Isn't it time for everyone including the company to start learning facts instead of presuming falsely?????

The company needs to receive this critical information. As posted earlier Digital Media either agrees to revocation of the DBMM registration whereby they may be able to file a Form 10 to try to re-register their stock, OR the SEC Admin Law Judge will forcefully revoke the stock registration on DEFAULT reasons where there would be no path to ever re-register their stock.

On Sept 15,2014 MANW was suspended for Financials delinquencies, just like DBMM and 1,539 other stocks previously suspended for Financials delinquencies.

Over the next month MANW filed 8 delinquent 10Q's (quarterly reports) and 2 delinquent 10K's (audited yearly reports).

So, one would think that filing all delinquent Financials would be sufficient to avoid their stock registration being revoked, right?
NOPE.....the SEC Admin Law Judge wrote all the reasons why it was too late for MANW to become compliant because there were NO EXCUSES for being so severely delinquent in their filing obligations.

Read the entirety of the SEC Admin Law Judge ruling: (Digital Brand Media needs to read this!!)
