As most have stated here, the only thing that has stranded Mantra at this level is lack of funds.

The reason is that MVTG has nothing commercially viable, which then mitigates funding because anyone with common sense will not sink one red cent into this pipe dream.

NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
