Digital Brand has one of two choices to make. The rock solid evidence is linked below for readers to learn about or to ignore....a shareholder's choice.

Choice one: be indignant and sanctimonious or otherwise defensive to the SEC Admin Law Judge as demonstrated in todays letter to the shareholders whereby the SEC will revoke DBMM's registration on DEFAULT reasons, with default meaning the delinquencies exist and cannot be rectified regardless to company objections. Under DEFAULT there is no path to re-registering DBMM shares under a Form 10. The stock would be forever dead.

Or, choice two: accept the SEC Admin Law Judge's decision to revoke registration thereby demonstrating respect for the authority of the SEC and the Office of the SEC Admin Law Judge. By agreeing to the revocation of registration Digital Brand would thereafter be able to submit a Form 10 as a formal request to re-register DBMM shares. **** Note: a Form 10 must comprise an exhaustive audit of EVERY action and infinitesimal detail since the company's last audited 10K.

From studying 1,539 SEC Admin Law Judge rulings on all past SEC Suspensions and subsequent stock registration revocations there are ONLY two options for DBMM, as described accurately above.

Research Administrative Proceedings for SEC Registered stocks that were suspended for Financials delinquencies:

Research Administrative Law Judge Revocation Orders for the SEC Registered stocks that were suspended for Financials delinquencies. ****Note, some revocation rulings are posted under Administrative Proceedings in lieu of ALJ Orders....but EVERY (ie., 100%!!) SEC Suspended stock for Financials delinquencies has an ALJ Revocation Order.
