From doing searches on ponder and hayter I don't see anything that would bring a Ponzi scheme, they have good profiles so stop the BS. Any you slice it this is a great move by mantra. Is ponders IR firm buying up the float slowly then bring it to a dollar to go uplist to nasdaq? it would be in there best interest don't you think. They do have revenues we just don't know how much but its upwards as much as 10million per year as stated in the 8k.
