On this board, it is EV+ to not read most of the comments. The only thing you should read are the judge's opinions. So far, he has been saying SUNE seems hopelessly insolvent unless shareholders can provide proof otherwise. To this date, there has been not an inkling of proof that SUNE is solvent. The latest disclosure statement and financial projection reinforces this.
