This is from the PR:
Values herein have been calculated based on an exchange rate of 1.51 Canadian dollars to every 1 Euros.

ATTENTION AMERICAN INVESTORS THIS DEAL WAS DONE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS NOT U.S DOLLARS THE $2.14 PPS IS THE CANADIAN PPS NOT THE U.S PPS!!!!!!!!!!

This acquisition is a great long term investment strategy but I would not be expecting a gap up on the U.S side to $2.14 that $2.14 PPS is Canadian not U.S I will be expecting a PPS decrease to match the $2.14 PPS in Canada which will be around $1.59 U.S

I am an American and I always have to remind myself that this is a Canadian company trading in Canadian dollars whenever they do business deals Pelaton, Radient, CanvasRX and CANN Australia all done in Canadian dollars not U.S and share trades are Canadian PPS not U.S

Yea yea I know I am a buzzkill but it is what it is and in no way is my opinion of this deal negative I am just stating the facts that are in the deal about the $2.14 PPS and that it is in fact the Canadian PPS not the U.S PPS

Dilution is going to be pretty heavy but it will be worth it in the long run and I do not expect it to last very long as I believe heavy trading volumes due to the decrease in PPS to $2.14 Canadian and $1.59 in the U.S will attract more investors.

I will be trying to free up funds to add to my position here if this is the case as I am a long here and I know if this happens at this level it will not go down that low again. It will be a great opportunity to add to my position and you should add to yours as well if you can IMO

For those who bought in the U.S $2 + range hang on it will climb rapidly after this deal is completed and the dilution is done.

If you have stop losses set I would rethink your levels just sayin if I'm right you could take a hit and I would hate to see that happen to anyone

Hope everyone here has a great long weekend and remembers those we have lost protecting us on this coming Memorial Day
