IMO dilution is dilution...expected or not...good or bad...

We don't know when LPC will sell all the shares they now own, but they own them at $5.80. If great news coincides we go up, but the pie is divided into more pieces now. So, it will go up less per share than if the same great news would hypothetically have come last week.

If no news, I don't know.
