The capital amount is the number of shares times the par value. If you look at every entry in their history it changes with every increase in the number of shares outstanding. It appears correct to me as 10mil x .001 is 10k. 10mil shares is a drastic cut IMO.

The thing I don't understand is why they would change this prior to actually notifying shareholders and having it approved by FINRA. In addition to the fact that about two weeks prior they said no immediate RS and 4 days prior the quarterly report was filed saying there were no plans for a RS. Yet the SOS has already been updated as if it was already done.

The company does not anticipate an immediate stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization.
