Thanks for acknowledging that JD. I've repeated this is why it's not a RS. Why in the world would they make their new Authorized capital $10k compared to $10mil? It doesn't work like that. Capital remains the same under a RS. This is why it's eveidence as a new share class (smaller amount of 10,000). It's an incentive for insiders
