These FRAUDSTERS set this whole scam up to bilk investors, the RBC, and anyone else with the misfortune to have crossed their paths.

Put a fork in it, ACSX is done, ditto with Pacific software (PFSF).

Q. There are at least (12) open civil suits that the SERIAL SIMMONDS FRAUDSTER has yet to file a defence to....WHY?

If you are not guilty, you defend yourself, don't you?
