So...how many things are in alignment for June 1?

Some have talked about them, but im wondering how we know that these items (aside from shareholders meeting) are related to WMI escrow and or WMIH (newco).

Seems like we are beyond a simple coincide; however, are these items are in place for the CA Probate only?

How many of the trusts in the WMB action are held by WMI Escrow (if any)?
