Update from MMG & email from [e-mail] both say precisely the same thing......


EEGI has been acquired by a private operating company. The current interim management will be replaced by the operating company management. Updates should start flowing by next week.

EEGI? I don't have access to information. I know they have some very solid mergers lined up but that's about all I know. I am still listed as IR but I haven't worked for the company for a while. If I hear anything I will let those who communicated with me about it know.
