Wouldn't an official SEC filing be better then some bs PR that could possibly trap unwary investors into a known share diluting situation, and that the company may not be held legally accountable for? So if they're selling all these shiney cars, why no financial filings letting the investment community know how great they are doing now? Or would that let the true shape of this company out, and then it could quite possibly be game over for the dilution scheme.
