IMO, Belgium is the worst offender. NATO is headquartered there. Hundreds of millions was spent on that new NATO headquarters. I'll bet Belgium bring in more money , from NATO, than it spends.

I'd like to see the US shift more of our NATO forces, out of Germany & to Poland.
