Good day Steven, and thank you for your time. Quick question, I had noticed that foxconn's board member had left a few months back. With that I was wondering what foxconn's stance is, if any, in this acquisition. Anyways thank you for your time and we're glad to have you on board.

I can't speak on Foxconn behalf, but I can say that someone we worked closely with retired last year.   There wasn't anything to the director change other than internal they reorganised and we're managing things differently .  We're now too small as a captialsiation for them to be on their radar anymore, but we do have a working relationship with parts of their company still
