Treaty was left for dead by the gang of cons. There was never any real intention of bringing TECO back as the lack of filings prove. Kramer, Blackburn's pal and partner in scams, didn't file any motions, so there were none to be denied. The Treaty crooks are trying to suck a few more dollars out of "investors" with the scam plea to raise money for "filings". Blackburn always likes to take a few last hits and scam the easy ones... The ones he already scammed.
