We need an address or name of the financier to really get a better idea of whether this is a shell company or a reputable venture capital investment group. Until then it is all non-factual opinion regarding this topic.

On other things, $40,681,357 of share volume was recorded on Finra last month for MMEX.

That's a lot of money that has been exchanged. It certainly leaves lots to question, don't you think?
