Then problem was people without doing any research - just a Google search started posting the nonsense about Gold Sachs being GS Capital Partners, LLC.

While those all giddy without any research were posting that it was GS Capital Partners V, L.P. and posting a link to Bloomberg and that is false and misleading information being posted.

I checked the Texas, Florida, Nevada, Wyoming and California SOS and I found GS Capital Partners, LLC a newly created company.

It sure as hell isn't Goldman Sachs.

Please feel free to jump in and post your DD about the new toxic lender.

Are you suggesting Goldman Sachs in now in the toxic lending business.
