A comment on Schwalb's obituary that ran in Variety reads "Quite obvious that Variety does not fact-check submitted obits."

If anyone can explain why a big time movie mogul like Schwalb was doing by climbing in bed with sub-penny scammer Roxanna and her criminal cronies I'd be happy to hear it. She had just begun her 3 year felony probation. Apparently Schwalb didn't conduct basic DD on his partners. Or maybe he just fell victim to this slick con-woman as did ASG.
Whether knowingly or not, both entities helped Roxy scam investors. Regardless, Schwalb and ASG re both gone and inconsequential to HWAL now.
