Honestly, one going to trial wouldn't be a bad thing either. Because a win their and the bashers can't say "ohhhh, SFOR never won in court against MSFT." They only settled cuz it's cheaper than blah blah blah....

Plus is any of these are stupid enough to go to court they will get taken to the CLEANERS, to the fullest extent of the law. Though, I would think even if one does go to court, a settlement will be reached before it concludes. Either way, I can wait.
