SFOR fact #1) The (IPR)Intellectual Property Review board is currently in due process(aka,out of mark's hands). SFOR fact #2) Blank Rome and Ropes&Gray(aka 2 highly accredited law firms) are currently performing due dilligence(see Ropes&Gray website) in preparation for a court case(if the case doesn't settle first), if the IPR back peddles on their reexamination award in dec 2011. No matter how you look at it, mark is forced to wait patiently, as is SFOR's shareholders.
