The requirement for Plaintiff to respond is VACATED

We could be getting very close

As I have stated before, I believe that the stock price goes back to pre-complaint levels when this is over, that would be 50 cents or above.

Once the complaint is vacated, then the company can move forward with their plans, in my opinion
