Not that much posted here about the specifics of what the damages will consist. Each defendant's damages may have a different make up. Very hard to put a handle on specific monetary awards. Size of company, longevity of infringement and so many things figure into SFOR's awards. Nice problem for SFOR to have: figuring damages!! Must be necessary experts fees to testify to damages. I always wondered if retainers fee might cover "costs of experts" in obtaining their vital opinions and testimony to prove damages.
