Realtorwsm - correct, I should have wrote 10Q (for quarterly), my mistake.

Not sure exactly when we'll get the 8K you're referencing (probably with a PR announcement as well) of the gold pour results. Depends on how PT wants to announce it.

(My Guess) He probably will want to confirm the exact $$ after the dore is refined into gold and other PMs, and use the 8K to announce revenue of the pour and MarMar's initial cost pay off - making it a 50/50 split of profit moving forward... (the pour should pay off Mar Mar's costs)

I wouldn't be surprised for us to get a PR stating the pour and the dore/ignot weight (we can then speculate on the $$) and the 8K later when we get the official $$ sold.

My expectation is that this will transpire throughout June. Pure speculation is that the next PR gives us an update on the JAWS (which allows us to move to increased tpd - ramp up to 10k tpd). Then a PR on the pour results or completion of a big pour without a $$ tied to it. (could be same PR as JAWS), and then an 8K indicating revenue $$ and MarMar pay off. This could all come next week, or could come throughout June - who knows... Don't sweat it - definitely worth waiting for.

This is all speculation on my part, but key thing is that everything coming is AMAZING NEWS! Takes patience as we are a start up mine, but everything is coming together.
