If I understand this correctly, Form 8k is the current report companies must file with the SEC to announce major events (ex, pour results) that shareholders should know about. So again, if I understand this correctly: pour results? (when Mexus is satisfied with results as 2nd pour had 10-20% silver and they are still working on refining the purity of the Dore)) should be posted via the 8k not the 10Q which an unaudited financial report. The 10K I believe, is the annual audited financial statements.
Having said that...you believe Mexus is sooner than later about to announce this 8k? Have you heard any dates on that? Last I heard it was to be this month (May).
Reluctantly, no finances left for share holders meeting.
