I have regular communications with Rich and IR, not sure why they don't reply to you.

Those shares were issued to cover old debts to fund the initial product development. Not a great deal, but a deal Rich had to make because he had no other sources of financing available to him at the time to get this off the ground. Again, do you think he can just walk into a bank and say "hey bank give me $1 million, so I can give this thing another shot!?!" lol doesnt work that way my friend...Rich had a history of flops and he had to pay for it far BEFORE he knew if Bellissima would be a hit or not...that's the way the world works, but there's no way you can convince me he could've struck a better deal with his history of flops, lack of a balance sheet and no revenues from other products.
