Nokia and Samsung PLA's both had MFL Clauses.Until you are privy to IDCC's Licensing Program ..you are clueless as to what value it had to motivate IDCC to negotiate them away.


Even more of a reason for Nokia and IDCC to have agreed on 3G. Instead of agreeing to enforce the agreement or find more mutually satisfactory terms, the parties decided to terminate it all together and continue the delaware litigation
