More of a reminder at how badly TAUG has bumbled and fumbled this case...?

This is not talking about NEVER having a trial...like you suggest...
THIS is talking about the BUMBLING....
Like filing BEFORE going through the REQUIRED mediation...
Like filing in the WRONG venue...
And then FUMBLING by failing to even address that issue in their reply to Cowan's Motion to dismiss or transfer...the JUDGE even mentioned this!
More BUMBLING when they agreed to transfer, but then reneged...which just DELAYED the inevitable.
FUMBLING by asking for a jury trial a week LATE...
(time will tell if they get away with that...any PROOF that this will be a "jury trial" with "jury selection in July"?)

This case will be TWO YEARS old by the time it gets to trial!
HARDLY something to be PROUD of!
The first trial date was November of 2016....
This last YEAR of delays was mostly all TAUG's BUMBLING and FUMBLING!!!

Pathetic.
