Your contradicting yourself in your post,

First you say "they have found a distributor in the DoD since 2011". Which I find funny, since there has been no money in their reports to support that claim.
THEY STILL HAVE TO MEET MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS, Basically the same as distributor.

Then you say Do you know how easy it is to reactivate.

Well, which is is, do they need an active sam or not.... I know.. They do, because the instructions on how to do business with the govt SAY SO.

Do you know how easy it is to reactivate an inactive Acct. in Sam

Well theirs has been expired 6 years now, so Mark Kay is taking his sweet time. Thanks for pointing this out, this really stands out as a "red flag" IMO.

Ahh, the old someone else is selling this for SFOR crap,

They still have to meet manufacturer requirements which require guess what "an active SAM".

But you want me to believe that "alvarez" is the distributor of SFOR products to the DOD. Yet there has been no announcement of this, or money, or contracts, or anything other than what you post for that matter. Can you show me something, anything that says "were selling SFOR products to the DOD for X amount"

NOPE

I will however leave you with this fun read.

The General Service Administration’s (GSA) Office of Government wide Policy is consolidating the government wide acquisition and award support systems into one new system—the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM is streamlining processes, eliminating the need to enter the same data multiple times, and consolidating hosting to make the process of doing business with
the government more efficient

Automation of the federal procurement and awards processes has evolved over time through development of systems to perform individual steps in the process. Paper-based systems and business processes were automated as the internet became widely available. These systems were adopted across the Federal Government and are now managed under one organization. The Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) manages these systems and their system capabilities have been organized around six key functional areas.

SAM is used by anyone interested in the business of the Federal Government.
