No you can't, dilution continuing as per the 10Q up to 19 May 2017 that's one week ago. And with less then 2k in cash, they have nothing but shares. They have no money to pay for manufacturing, they are only selling old product they had laying around. All the while diluting billions of shares and dumping them on the market. Only a few getting rich here. Remember that's over 8 BILLION Outstanding Shares!!!
