Its definitely happening in my opinion...say for example said person has 4 million shares and daily volume at times was less than this...this person can sell 2 million shares into the bid, spread fear, others follow suit, ultimately driving price down 15%-30% where they then sit with their bids to accumulate more and repeat this process making 40%-60% each times
