Here is another misconception. Holding a Patent by the USPTO does not guarantee rights to the issued Patent. The USPTO is not empowered to do that.

Only more than $1M to $5M and 4 to 10 years in court can do that. A Patent is simply a ticket to that donnybrook where a patent is ultimately the property of the party with the most money for lawyers. SWET has none.

I have first hand experience with that. I no longer educate my competitors by filing for patents. Far better to go the route of Coca Cola IMO.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
