But the thing is as you said about liabilities.
The thing is there is more than Currah vs Dan.
The company is an entity.
The company made an agreement.
Scott only needs to prove that the agreement was filled.
Dan trying to claim Scott is crooked is irrelevant to an agreement between Currah and Nio-Star.
It really a hard win for the company because the agreement was made between 2 parties on the same side.
It's likely worded to benifit Currah.
We will see.
The suit still has not been proven to exist yet IMO.
I don't doubt it's existence but I have not seen the suit itself yet.
It will really depend on wording and not who is right.
In the mean time if the suit exists that tells me this company is going nowhere until its settled
