I agree on that.

He is a person more suited to overseeing engineers and scientists in the lab and not having anything to do with marketing, sales, business planning, and contract negotiation, ever...at all.

He seems to want NEAH to be Qualcomm without ever doing the groundwork to become a Qualcomm.
