Something Interdigital needs to do to inform their shareholders about!!!!!!


In my opinion it is imperative that Interdigital inform their shareholders

exactly what technology they have given Avanci to license and what

technology will be licensed in house. Patrick told me that Avanci was

going to be getting licenses for utility meters, and automobile technology

but didn't go into detail. Exactly what meter technology is to be licensed

and exactly what technology that would apply to automobiles. Is the

automobile technology digital or sensors? The shareholders need more

clarity so we can expect Avanci to deliver or ask what the hell are they

doing, so far I know of not one license Avanci has gotten.

One other thing that would be nice to know is what kind of time frame

should we expect before we get that final resolution of the Microsoft/

Nokia settlement. Since all legal action was dropped surely a final

resolution should be close or why drop legal action?


I go back to the old scenario of follow the money and the big money is

invested in IDCC and they are invested for a reason.
